How to see Tel Aviv by bus The cheapest and most ingenious way to see the city and mingle with the locals Tel Aviv is a very easy to walk city but if you prefer not to overdue it with walking and still keep you budget low you can see Tel Aviv using the public buses. In the summer when it is hot and humid it is a blessing to get into an air conditioned bus and get around . The trick is that you take advantage of the daily bus pass (hofshi yomi ), provided you go on the bus not before 9 AM and you ask the driver for a day ticket which entitles you to hop of and on of all the buses (the Dan buses) for all day long.
Here are some of the main lines and attractions Bus no. 4 what can you see on line 4 from North to South: Tel Aviv port, Hayarkon park, all the beaches, the Old Opera fountain, the Carmel Market, Nahalat Binyamin market, Sheinkin street, Kerem Hateimanim, Hahasmal area, Neve Tzedek ( you get off on Ahad Haam street and ask directions) and even Florentin and Levinsky are just a short walk from the last stop on Allenby street .
