      Paris for Tel Aviv on Flexible dates
     Nicely furnished apartment in the 16th arrondissement,
    one of Paris' most residential areas, just a couple of
    minutes walk from all means of transportation (metro just
    outside the building). 15 minutes from the heart of Paris,
    many local shops nearby and a typical street market held 3
    times a week just minutes walk away!

    Well kept building, elevator, south exposure, clear full
    windows. Plenty of natural light. Large living room aprox.
    350sq.feet, one bedroom (second bedroom will be closed
    for my personal effects), fully equipped and newly redone
    kitchen, one bathroom. WIFI- Large flat screen TV, cable
    with over 100 channels, free and unlimited telephone for
    Europe , Israel and the USA, including USA cellular phones.
    I am retired therefore my schedule is flexible. I live alone
    and would like maximum two adults staying at the
    apartment.
    There is a possibility of including my car, a small and very
    manageable for Paris twingo.

    Paris Saint Germain apartment for Tel Aviv


    We wish to exchange our PARIS apartment on Rue de Seine,
    with a centrally located Tel-Aviv apartment.

    As retired professors , my wife and I wish to spend between 10-
    15 days in Israel from about mid January to Mid February 2012.

    Our Paris apartment is centrally located, near Saint Germain
    de Pres; minutes walk to: Pont des Arts, the Louvre, and all
    other major museums; to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter; to
    nearby markets, Metros stations, and to all major bus lines
    movie houses and great restaurants nearby.
    We have a charming, furnished, 1 bedroom apartment with old
    beamed-ceiling living room, in a 17th century building with 21st
    century conveniences.  The apartment has a fully equipped
    modern kitchen with white china and all cooking utensils. The
    furnished living room consist of a sofa-bed that can
    accommodate your special guests, two desks, coffee table,
    cable TVHD and telephone-internet connections. The
    apartment is on the 3rd floor in an inner cobble-stone old
    courtyard that insulates you from the noisy Paris traffic.     
    Perfect for a short vacation trip!

    In exchange, we wish to swap for an apartment in central Tel-
    Aviv near museum and cultural centers.
    The time frame for this swap is from mid January to February
