23 Carlibach Street Dance bar located on the rougher side of the city has a sleazy reputation Action starts late or shall I say early such as 3 AM. So if you've been somewhere else and still feel energetic give it a try. Very crowded and smoky especially on weekends.

I haven't been there yet but the location is very convenient just opposite Dizengoff center and in the same building with Ozen bar, so I think it's worth a try.
