57 Sheinkin street near Ahad Haam Legendary café that still exists surviving the modern influence and remaining the same: the plastic chairs the decoration, everything is the same. Serves simple basic food and old style café. You can meet there among the regulars writers, poets and other culture figures. |
18 Balfour Street (Balfour is parallel to Shenkin south) Tel: 03-6207277 I discovered this delicious hidden café on the decisive day or July 12 when this awful war in the North started. A few blocks away from trendy Shenkin, it is beautifully located in a quiet corner and has a little terrace too. The inside looks very French style and so are the croissants ! My son said they taste exactly like the one we had in our hotel in France. Closed on Saturday and Holidays. Toilets 1 Cabin beautifully designed and with little white towels for your hands |
Noach 93 Ahad Haam Street Tel: 03-6293799 Café biblioteque - with a wonderful garden and the loveliest carrot cake I ever tasted - located in a street that connects Sheinkin to Habima theater it is a lovely place to sit have coffee and a quiet conversation or read a book... the service is sometimes slow and not very friendly :-( Toilets One Cabin Nice & Clean |
