atmosphere - not far from the
    frantic dizengoff center mall it

    "upsidedown" (the popular coffee
in Tel Aviv) with home made
    cookies.

Café restaurant that is located on

    indeed very good and tasty
    dishes. Chicken wings, pate,
    burger and deserts. The service
also is remarkable It is nice also to

    Rabi Yohanan street Jaffa  Flea
    Market
    Tel:  03 6823821

Unique café that is located right in
the middle of the flea market. This
is exactly the place that  you  are
    longing for, after wearying your
    legs,  exploring the Flea  Market
alleys, when you are  starving for a
bite and a cold drink. Here you can
relax in an old chair or sofa and
have a nice breakfast or some nice
    Mediterranean dish and a coffee.
Next to the cafe you can visit Pua's
shop that offers a variety of
    original decorative items.
Puah cafe

    Hatachtit (Hebrew for Underground)
    9 Lincoln Street

There are 3 things that make a
place a good place : the
    ambiance, the food and the
service and this place has them
all. Located out of the beaten path
down on LIncoln Street which is
    the South East continuation to
Shenikin street. The place used to
be a convenience shop by this
    name and turned into a
    neighbourhood cafe, We enjoyed
the lovely breakfast and the music
    was great too.
Hatachtit

    Landwer Gan Meir
    Meir Garden) near Dizengoff Center
    entrance from King George or
    Tchernihoviski street

The idea of having a cafe in a park in
the middle of the hassle and bussle
of the busy center of Tel Aviv is so
good that I wonder what took them so
long ?! to think about it and make it
come true. The location adds to the
atmosphere as the café  is located in
    the homo lesbian center house.

The menu is the usual café menu,
same as the other branches of
    Landwer it serves sandwiches and
salads etc. but the real treat is to sit
there and look around at the green
and listen to the birds singing while
you sip your coffee/bear/ whatever :-)

    Sonya Getzel
    1 Almonit Alley

    Hidden behind the busy King
George in the little alley Sonya is
a café decorated in a beautiful
and unique retro style -  at the
back you can also sit in the yard
and feel at home - a mix of lay-
    back and yuppie atmosphere -
    nice huge sandwiches. The name
of this unique café is inspired by
the heroine of a romantic love
story  from Tel Aviv old times, you
can ask the owner for the details.
