Hatachtit (Hebrew for Underground) 9 Lincoln Street Tel:03-5618759 There are 3 things that make a place a good place : the ambiance, the food and the service and this place has them all. Located out of the beaten path down on LIncoln Street which is the South East continuation to Shenikin street.
