    heart",  Lucas is a nice and non pretentious brasserie style restaurant
    that claims to have the best steaks in the city I don't know about the
    best but they definitely serve good value lunch deals that include first
    course and a drink for the price of the main dish. $$

    indeed very pretentious and a great culinary experience - however
    the lunch deals are at reasonable price around 85 Shekel and don't
    miss the stuffed vegetables entree which is delicious  Sun-Fri noon to
